Thrill the World Orange County
October 27th 2018

Once again, “the biggest Halloween event on the planet” happens when Zombies crawl out of their graves to terrorize your neighborhood. The biggest event is called “Thrill the World” when people dance to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”! Thrill The World is an annual worldwide simultaneous dance of “Thriller” for world records and charity.

The coordinator for TTWOC is Diana Twardowski.  Being a passionate Michael Jackson fan, This will be her 2nd year organizing this event at the OC Market place.  An amazing turn out last year exceeded her expectations.  Only estimating 20 or so dancers, she realized the demand was much greater when 52 dancers registered. Motivated by Michael Jackson's charitable contributions to children's foundations as well as the love she has for her own 3 boys, she chose a charity that reflects the passion she shares with Michael. Diana plans to set an even higher fundraising goal this year and hopes to achieve it. She believes there is no better feeling than the satisfaction of accomplishing this goal to raise money for children. To Diana, children are our future, they are constantly learning. They are innocent and everything is new to them. Watching children learn and discover is the most gratifying aspect of this fundraiser.

Thrill the World Orange County is currently raising money for CHOC Children’s Hospital.

Interested dancers must arrive early to register, which begins at 12:30PM. Practice times are 1:00PM, 1:30PM, 2:00PM, and 2:30PM and the Global Dance will begin promptly at 3:00PM. There is a $2 admission fee into the OC Market Place and free parking is available through Gate 2 off Fair Drive.
